Reiki stands for "Universal Life Energy". The body uses it to heal itself on the physical, mental and spiritual level. During these deeply soothing sessions, your body’s healing ability is accelerated, creating a safe place for you to experience wellness and actualize personal potential. Reiki Energy is a channeled wave and is very warming and penetrating. It is a powerful force for healing and is believed to be the source of the energy that Christ used for healing. It can alleviate pain, clear illness and soothe past hurts. In order to receive and channel the Reiki Energy, the practitioner’s aura must be attuned by a Reiki Master/Teacher.
There are 4 symbols associated with the Reiki Energy and they are the Japanese symbols for the associated words. The symbols are given in the higher levels and allow the practitioner to manipulate the Reiki Energy and to bend time and space so that healing can be achieved without the patient even being physically present.
My greatest experience of this incredible phenomenon was several Christmas’s ago when a client expressed sadness that his dying father was too ill with fever and kidney failure to leave the hospital and spend his final Christmas at home with the family.
I received permission to perform the distant Reiki Healing on his father and set aside a private hour to dedicate distant Reiki Healing work on him.
I received an email two days later from my client gratefully saying that his father’s condition stabilized and improved the next day to the doctor’s surprise and he was granted leave from the hospital to spend Christmas at home.
The father returned to the hospital two days later and on the third day, passed away quietly.
For his family, that was a miracle.
